INGREDIENTS:
lychee (deseeded) 8-10 no.
Khoya 1/2 cup
Kasoori Meethi 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Green chili paste 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Pistachio finely chopped 1 -2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp.
Maida 1 tbsp.
Milk 2 cups
Garlic 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2 no.
onion small 1 no.
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
fresh Pomegranate 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
- Take a bowl mix khoya, kasoori meethi, salt, cardamom powder, ginger garlic and green chili paste, and finely chopped pistachio powder and mix well and stuff it in the deseeded lychee.
- Now put the stuffed lychee in a skewer and cook it on a hot pan for 4-5 min.
- Take a pan add butter, garlic paste, bay leaf and sauté it and after add Maida and cook it until raw smell goes.
- Now add the milk whisking constantly and add the whole onion pierced with cloves and mix it and add all the spice powder and season it with salt.
- Served the stuffed Lychee with the prepared sauce and garnish it with pomegranate and serve.
