Grilled Stuffed Lychee with Masala Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

lychee (deseeded)  8-10 no.

Khoya                      1/2 cup

Kasoori Meethi               1 tsp

Cardamom Powder            1/4 tsp

salt                        to taste

Ginger Garlic Green chili paste 1 tsp

Coriander                  1 tsp

Pistachio finely chopped       1 -2 tsp

Butter                    1 tbsp.

Maida                     1 tbsp.

Milk                     2 cups

Garlic                1 tsp

Bay leaf                 2 no.

onion small               1 no.

Garam Masala             1/2 tsp

Coriander powder             1 tsp

Chili powder                 1/2 tsp

turmeric powder              1/4 tsp

fresh Pomegranate            1/4 tsp

Chat masala                1/2 tsp

 

METHOD:

  1. Take a bowl mix khoya, kasoori meethi, salt, cardamom powder, ginger garlic and green chili paste, and finely chopped pistachio powder and mix well and stuff it in the deseeded lychee.
  2. Now put the stuffed lychee in a skewer and cook it on a hot pan for 4-5 min.
  3. Take a pan add butter, garlic paste, bay leaf and sauté it and after add Maida and cook it until raw smell goes.
  4. Now add the milk whisking constantly and add the whole onion pierced with cloves and mix it and add all the spice powder and season it with salt.
  5. Served the stuffed Lychee with the prepared sauce and garnish it with pomegranate and serve.
