Immunity booster laddoos:
(No sugar no gluten no dairy)
(Vegan recipe)
Ingredients
Dates(seedless), finely chopped, 1 cup
Figs, finely chopped, 1/2cup
Oats, dry roasted, ¼ cup
Flax seed powder, 1 tsp
Cocoa powder, 1 tsp
Almonds, powdered, 1 tbsp
Cashews, powdered, 1 tbsp
Walnuts, powdered, ½ tbsp
Olive oil/coconut oil/ any odorless oil, 2 tbsp
Dry ginger powder, ¼ tsp
Cinnamon powder, ⅛ tsp
Cardamom powder, pinch of
Desiccated coconut, ½ cup
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add chopped dates, figs and oats to it.
Stir it well.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Add all powdered nuts to it. Add flax seed powder to it.
Add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder to it.
Make small balls from this mixture and roll them on bed of desiccated coconut.
You can store these laddoos in air tight container and put in cool dark place. Shelf life: 2 weeks
