Lemon cheesecake

INGREDIENT:

lemon juice2tbsp

cream  ¼ cup

A pinch of nutmeg (grated)

castor sugar 2 tbsp.

yogurt ½ cup

vanilla essence ½ tsp

ice-cubes 1 cup

 

METHOD:

  1. Blend together all the ingredients in a blender except the nutmeg for a minute.

2.Pour all the above into a glass and top it with grated nutmeg and serve chilled.
