Bajra risotto bruschetta

“ an unusual kinda bruschetta that you would love to gorge on again and again”

Ingredients for Risotto:

-Bajra( boiled-1/2 cup)

-Cheddar cheese/parmesan/processed cheese(1/2 cup)

-white sauce with basil(white sauce3/4 cup+ basil leaves1/2 cup)

-Water as required

-cream optional

-Dehydrated garlic flakes(1 tbsp)

-Salt to taste

-Black pepper powder(1 tsp)

-oil(1 tbsp)

-baked slices from french loaf for bruschetta
Method:

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add dehydrated garlic flakes. Add in white sauce and basil mixture. Add some water and cream to it. add boiled bajra to it. season it with salt and pepper.
  • Take baked slices of French loaf. Apply risotto topping on bread. Bake them again with a little more cheese on top. Bake them till cheese melts and bread crusts gets golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with potato wedges and mojito.
