Quinoa Biriyani [LAXMI Daily Feast – Super Food]

Here we present a Recipe of Quinoa Biryani by Celebrity Chef Shivani Mehta in association with Laxmi Daily Feast – Super Foods.

Ingredients Required :

  • 1 Tbsp – Oil
  • 1 Tbsp – Red Chilly Powder
  • 2 Tbsp – Desi Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp – Cumin Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp – Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp – Biryani Masala
  • 2 No’s – Cloves
  • 1.5 Tbsp – Thick Yogurt
  • 1 No – Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Tbsp – Chopped Coriander & Mint Leaves
  • 2 No’s – Red Chillies
  • 10 No’s – Cashew Nuts
  • 1 Tbsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1.5 Cup – Quinoa – par Boiled
  • 1/2 Cup – Boiled Carrot
  • 3 Tbsp – Fried Onions / Birastaa
  • 1/2 Cup – Boiled French Beans
  • 3 Tbsp – Fried Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Cup – Boiled Peas
  • 1/2 Cup – Grated Paneer
  • 1/2 Cup – Boiled Corn
  • As Required – SALT
