INGREDIENTS:
Canned lychee 4-5 no.
Lychee syrup 50 ml (from the canned lychee)
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Basil leaves 10- 15 no.
Apple juice 100 ml
Ice cubes 11/2 cup
Ginger ½ tsp
METHOD:
- Take a grinder mixture add all the ingredients and blend it together until the ice cubes turns into slush.
- Now take a chilled martini glass pour the slush and garnish it with whole lychee and basil leaf and serve.
